Construction Project Analyst - Sioux City, IA

Responsibilities: Qualified individual will be responsible for analyzing and tracking all incoming invoices, coordinating lien waivers to match incoming invoices, maintaining project tracking sheets, managing weekly departmental meeting notes, and ensuring projects are invoiced as required. Other duties of the position include collecting all required documentation from subcontractors in reference to each project and ensure subcontractors insurance certificates and safety programs are updated as required, accurately prepare pricing and required documentation for bids, prepare final project folders with project summaries and analysis and other duties as assigned by the department manager.
Requirements: Successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent along with 2 years of recent inventory control experience. Must also have a solid understanding of production work orders and reporting, pick tickets and how they are issued, and an understanding of the shipping schedule. Candidate will also have working knowledge of Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must along with the ability to work in a team environment.

Shipping Quality Control Inspector I - Sioux City, IA

Responsibilities: Qualified individual will be responsible for performing quality checks on all materials to being processed for orders, verifying that the correct part number and quantity of material matches the pick ticket and that there are no defects in the craftsmanship of the material. Other responsibilities include ensuring material conforms to customer requirements for packaging and labeling, photographing of all packaged and staged materials prior to shipments, and other duties as assigned by the department manager.
Requirements: Successful candidate will have 2-3 years recent experience working in a warehouse environment. Candidate must be able to read and interpret shipping schedules and demonstrate the ability to identify errors and apply corrective action to remedy the error. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, along with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities: Qualified candidate will be responsible for pulling tower parts using a forklift and completing paperwork accordingly. Other responsibilities include processing pick tickets and production work orders, and coordinating material being pulled by the inventory control department.
Requirements: A minimum of 2+ years of recent experience is preferred, but not required. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of a team environment. Ability to comprehend documents such as blue prints, safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and frequently exert up to 30 pounds of force. Candidates must also contribute to safety and quality control standards.

Responsibilities: Qualified Inspectors will be responsible for inspecting all manufactured parts, welded assemblies and incoming raw materials/parts as directed to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications and Quality Control expectations.
Requirements: Be able to read steel shop prints. This shall include weld symbols, dimensioning, part numbers and special instructions. Be able to operate and accurately read, various measuring instruments. Experience with welding / metals fabrication environment a plus. Insure quality products by inspecting all manufactured parts, incoming raw materials / parts as directed.
