Receptionist/HR Assistant

Sioux City, IA

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests in an efficient, professional, friendly and hospitable manner
  • Professionally administer and direct all incoming calls
  • Keep front reception area and conference room in uniform order
  • Open and close the reception/visitor area timely
  • Prepare new hire orientation packets
  • Assist with the offer process for new hires (i.e. make offers, schedule physicals and drug screen, run background check, etc.)
  • Assist Recruiter with clerical needs
  • Performing other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of recent administrative, office support and/or HR support experience
  • Must possess strong customer service orientation with phone etiquette
  • Must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude

Programmer I

Responsibilities:
  • Performs basic programming tasks that closely follow patterns of previous work done
  • Conducts elementary fact finding projects concerning specified work processes
  • Completes basic programming assignments utilizing Microsoft .NET development suite

Requirements:
  • One year experience developing .Net applications is desirable
  • One year experience developing applications that use MS SQL

PC Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Installs new or upgrades PC, printer, and accessory equipment for individual users
  • Maintains an accurate inventory of all PCs and PC-related equipment
  • Responds to assigned Help Desk tickets within established guidelines
  • Maintains favorable customer relations by handling requests in a tactful, timely and professional manner
  • Empowers end users by training and educating
  • Participates in after hours on-call rotation for the Production Support group
  • Interacts with network services and/or applications development teams
  • Maintains currency and high level of technical skill in field of expertise
  • Escalates more complex problems using Departmental resources and Product Support

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience is required in each of the follow areas:
    • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and deploying Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
    • Maintaining, troubleshooting and deploying Microsoft Office applications
    • Installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing PC hardware
    • Installing and maintaining printers and peripherals
    • Supporting an Ethernet network environment including wiring, cable management, NIC's, wireless network devices, etc.
  • Working in a formal PC Support capacity for a network of 50 or more users
  • Must have superior verbal, written, and oral communications skills
  • Must have great attention to detail and a willingness to complete tasks thoroughly
  • Must be customer service focused working pleasantly and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to routinely and independently lift, carry and install items weighing up to fifty pounds; occasionally helping to transport, lift or install items heavier than fifty pounds
  • Ability to work overhead, in crowded spaces, and from a ladder

Educational Requirements:

    • At least one industry certification preferred: A+, MCP, MCSE, Network+, CCNA, etc.

    Web Developer

    Sioux City, IA

    Responsibilities:
    • Use Microsoft .Net applications software development suite to code, test, and troubleshoot websites
    • Collaborate with team members on website design concepts and integration
    • Develop custom applications within SharePoint 2013
    • Remain current with evolving trends and standards in web design and development, user experience and mobile growth
    • Provide quality control and security principles over concepts and projects
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:
    • 3 years minimum web programming experience using HTML/XHTML, CSS, C#, ASP.net, JavaScript and jQuery
    • Experience designing SQL database systems
    • Experience developing and implementing custom solutions in SharePoint
    • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility and mobile web design
    • Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to e-commerce applications
    • Understanding the benefits of SEO are a plus

    Inventory Control Manager

    Sioux City, IA

    Responsibilities:
    • Manages, coaches, and develops the receiving and inventory control teams.
    • Monitors, evaluates, and possesses working knowledge of equipment needs of the department including, but not limited to, forklifts, trailers, inventory yard materials, and office supplies to maximize operational efficiency, minimize downtime and maintain safety.
    • Oversees the execution and reporting of the department's operational duties including, but not limited to, receiving in-bound shipments, other structural items, and small parts/kits.
    • Manages the execution and reporting of the department's transaction processing duties within the ERP system including, but not limited to: receiving, other structural items and small parts/kits; issuing material to jobs; completion of jobs; quantity adjustments; review of negative inventory; plate move reports (bin locations); and identification of excess and obsolete inventory.
    • Plans, executes and reports all cycle counting procedures and corresponding reconciliation to the ERP system.
    • Accountable for planning, executing and reporting of the annual physical inventory and corresponding reconciliation to the sub-ledger and general ledger.
    • Interacts with divisional and executive management to identify inventory control process changes and develops action plans to capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintains a high degree of integrity with regards to professional behavior and safety, organization, and cleanliness in inventory areas of operation.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management
    • Must possess exceptional leadership, written and verbal communication, and team-building skills
    • Must be able to analyze data and possess acute attention to detail while working in a fast-paced work environment
    • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook, along with ERP/MRP manufacturing software
